Zitrón Underground Ventilation

Zitrón Australia has successfully designed, installed and commissioned the new primary ventilation system that will sustain CSA Mine’s operations well into the future. The system comprises a total of four centrifugal fans, with two fans working in parallel in two different locations. Each of the fans has an impeller diameter of 3.2m and 2,700kW of power. ZITRON solution will enable the mine to operate long-term at some of the deepest levels of any underground mine in Australia, delivering the comfort and safety required by the workforce.
